Job Description:
Grow For Me is seeking a dynamic and skilled Process Engineer to join our team at our Gusheigu facility in Northern Ghana. This role involves optimizing our multi-grain cleaner and automated packaging system while also taking on the exciting challenge of redesigning machine parts using CAD software for local manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation and Maintenance:
- Operate and oversee the multi-grain cleaner, sorting, grading, and packaging machines.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for scheduled repairs and improvements.

2. Process Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and analyze machine performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

3. CAD Redesign and Local Manufacturing:
- Utilize CAD software to redesign machine parts for local manufacturing.
- Collaborate with local manufacturers to produce redesigned parts, reducing downtime and costs.
- Conduct quality control checks on locally manufactured parts.

4. Quality Control:
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any deviations or non-conformities in the production process.

5. Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate reports and provide insights for process improvement.

6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control, to achieve operational goals.
- Train and mentor machine operators on best practices and safety procedures.

7. Environmental and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards within the production area.

8. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, process changes, CAD redesigns, and production data.
- Assist in the development and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the agricultural or food processing industry.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with automated machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software for part redesign.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gusheigu, Northern Ghana.
