Accountant (Payout Officer)

JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENT.

• Sponsor’s Returns Calculation and Payment 

1. Calculating profit due to sponsors from farms and trades that have been successful.
2. Calculating the amount due to trade and farming sponsors on Grow For Me
3. Initiate and execute the settlement process for each sponsor to receive his/her money.
4. Managing payout channels for virtual cards, mobile money, bank accounts and physical cards
5. Updating sponsors on payouts made to their preferred channels
6. Solve customer problems and challenges related to payout. 

• AML Officer

1. Customer account opening, Farm and Trade return payout and reconciliation.
2. Conducting KYC and Anti-money laundering checks on each customer.
3. Tracking all funds designated for payout from farming and trading payouts to ensure timely payout of sponsors.
4. Determination of risk exposure levels of customers on Grow For Me.
5. Training of Grow For Me staff on Anti-money laundering processes.
6. Implementation of the company's anti-money laundering compliance policy.
7. Ensuring that Grow For Me follows all AML regulations and laws in Ghana
8. Taking protective measures against anticipated financial crimes. 

• Compliance Officer

1. Detecting suspicious transactions.
2. Reporting suspicious transactions.
3. Reporting to the senior management and board any suspicious activity
4. Informing and training company employees against financial crimes.
5. Ensuring Grow For Me is always compliant with national and international crowdfunding and commodity trading rules.
6. Any other task that may be assigned to by CEO 

1. Master’s or higher university degree in Accounting, Finance or Business..
2. A minimum of 2, preferably 5, years experience in a senior role.
3. Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
4. Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
