Grow For Me, is an Agricultural technology company that provides inputs and commodity financing, aggregation, and trading platform to African smallholder farmers. The platform enables anyone or any corporate entity to participate in farming, commodities financing and trading without getting their hands dirty. Through sustainable farming, we sequester carbon out of the atmosphere and reduce the impact of greenhouse gas emissions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations across various departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance overall team performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred or any background in managing large teams.
- Proven experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role, preferably within the Agricultural or Technology industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Experience
- Banking experience with any Tier 1 bank or financial institution in your country.
- Enjoys and is comfortable speaking to a large audience.
- Able to prepare presentation decks and present them efficiently in person.
- Excited about startups and building businesses from the ground up.
- Open to taking risks, anticipating potential challenges and proactively solving them.
- Able to work under pressure to meet high monthly targets.
- Capable of setting targets and driving a team to achieve or exceed the target.

- Exceptional leadership and team management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Fluent communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas succinctly.

- Work Conditions & Environment:
- Willing to work long hours seasonally in tough terrains
