JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENT.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan and oversee the total scoping, planning, management and implementation of projects assigned to Grow For Me by partners.
- Supervise activity implementation and ensure the activity meets stated goals and reporting requirements for each project being executed;
- Actively engage key national and local agricultural organizations including but not limited to ministry of agriculture, agri businesses in the respective area of operations.
- Proactively identify issues, risks and challenges related to the implementation of ongoing projects in a timely manner, suggest and implement appropriate solutions and program adjustments;
- Oversee the coordination of local, national and international partners, as well as, sub-contractors
- Facilitate and support partnerships and collaborators in executing selected projects seamlessly.
- Provide guidance, mentorship and coaching staff to facilitate their professional development and application of skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles;
- Responsible for liaising with all partners involved in the successful implementation of the project
- Responsible for evaluating projects to ensure that the project scope has been duly completed and reported accordingly.
- Responsible for introducing the operations of GFM to new markets and overseeing the implementation of the business through partners using a project approach.
- Masters or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of two years of human resource management experience is preferred.
- Professional certification or association is highly desired.
- Minimum of 2 years using a relevant Human Resources Management software
- Experience managing people in the Agricultural Industry will be a plus
