Chief of Party

JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENT.

1. Plan and oversee the total scoping, planning, management and implementation of projects assigned to Grow For Me by partners.
2. Supervise activity implementation and ensure the activity meets stated goals and reporting requirements for each project being executed;
3. Actively engage key national and local agricultural organizations including but not limited to ministry of agriculture, agri businesses in the respective area of operations.
4. Proactively identify issues, risks and challenges related to the implementation of ongoing projects in a timely manner, suggest and implement appropriate solutions and program adjustments;
5. Oversee the coordination of local, national and international partners, as well as, sub-contractors
6. Facilitate and support partnerships and collaborators in executing selected projects seamlessly.
7. Provide guidance, mentorship and coaching staff to facilitate their professional development and application of skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles;
8. Responsible for liaising with all partners involved in the successful implementation of the project
9. Responsible for evaluating projects to ensure that the project scope has been duly completed and reported accordingly.
10. Responsible for introducing the operations of GFM to new markets and overseeing the implementation of the business through partners using a project approach. 

• Masters or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of two years of human resource management experience is preferred.
• Professional certification or association is highly desired.
• Minimum of 2 years using a relevant Human Resources Management software
• Experience managing people in the Agricultural Industry will be a plus
